- Highest possible rating! This Android TV box is a mini-PC in disguise!I've owned several Android TV boxes, including K-I, TX-3, & TX-92. This box is the best, most responsive, flexible box I've ever used.It can even be upgraded with a laptop PCI-E hard drive up to 1 TB (not included), and extra external hard drive (up to 1 TB).The main negative thing is, when you install a drive and power on the box, the drive must be formatted. You have the option to format the drive and configure it as permanent or temporary storage. Do NOT install a drive with data, the data will be lost! USE EXTERNAL HARD DRIVE FOR DATA YOU ALREADY HAVE.Also, I know the box can be configured to act as a DVR/PVR, but I have not figured it out yet. However, I have successfully transferred photos from my phone to the 250gb HDD I installed, and saved some live streaming shows while using Mobdro.This is my main TV box, but I also sometimes use an older a TX-92. Both are reliable, but the M5 Plus is by far the best.I'm seriously considering buying another one to experiment with as a MINI-PC.

- finally a box that will display 2160p hdr... (on my monitor, the box will tell the monitor to switch into HDR ) other boxes say they show 4k, but they either to not switch into hdr, stutter on high bit rate files...the remote is nice, has a tv off button, and android box off button.i dislike the bright blue LED on light. it is red when unit is off/sleep.the time display is a bit bright. (the min:sec separator blinks) the antenna is big.in the MG settings you can access/turn on root, it also allows you to see CPU temperature, RAM usage, CPU speed and use, and network up/down speed...netflix app works but it is phone quality visuals... (i use an apple tv for netflix, so moot / academic pointfinally a box that will allow my to switch from the formuler z7+ (yes the z7+ does iptv, but do not need iptv)as it is now, this box is at the top of pile of android boxes.

- I have had this about a month. Have been trying different apps and no problems with most apps. STIRR is slow but that is the server from STIRR and they need to upgrade. I installed a 1TB SSD hard drive for recording Sports, F1 races to watch during the winter off season. Must have tried over a dozen apps for recording. Not much luck with apps recording in an app. I stumbled on a great IPTV service. SHACK Television. It is a beautiful looking interface, Loads of channels USA, Canada, UK, lots of other countries too. The streams are stable just like cable. A limited Electronic Program Guide. TV shows are in a folder list, click and shows the episodes to select. Here is the kicker, LIVE TV has a record feature to your Hard Drive. Now this amazing box is like a PVR. My cable bill was $110 a month and I got Shack for 6 months for $99.

- Superb TV Box, Android 9 Pie, strong processor Amlogic s905x3 Quad core 2.0 Ghz ,GPU Mali G32, 4Gb RAM DDR4, 64Gb ROM.Device work very good,smooth and fluid,video and audio quality is great,wifi signall is awesome with externall antenna. A lot of apks from Google play store,great for IPTV, Kodi work awesome with tons of everything about multimedia show. Youtube work in 4K resolution.Great for games.Very nice and simple UI interface.Good built with port for external hdd/sdd, usb 3.0, lan,hdmi, good little display on front and airholes against overheating on side.It's really worth it,RECOMEND IT ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

- It has a nice sleek look. I easily connected to my Wi-Fi and it's ready to use. The processing speed is amazing, and it worked perfectly. It didn't freeze up at all and works perfect every time I click or open an app. The picture quality is amazing. We have cancelled all our movie channels on satellite, because they are now obsolete with this box. This TV box has made my living room like a movie theater! Great movies at my fingertips. I love this box. Picture quality, Good speed No buffering. Customer support is excellent.

- I got two pieces. Is good device but.. The first I operate it was in unknown language not Chinese and until to change language I spend allot of time. The manual or any instructions you will find inbox is like not exist... useless. The remote control still searching how it works. also useless until now.The top information bar on the screen is not drawing down... you can not see information massages or do usual android operations. I hope they will fix it with some update.Otherwise is operate fine for tvbox.

- I ordered this and have used it more than a week. I like everything about it the speed the picture quality is Beautiful as well as the screen resolution. This is no doubt the best box you can get for your book. It has amazing sound output. It was easy to set up, and it seems to be working perfectly. - Set up was a little bit more complicated than I would like it. It was fine for me. But someone less tech savvy could easily run into some road blocks and get frustrated with it. Overall, I can use just about all of the media apps that I have on my Android phone on this device. I can DVR my shows and connect it to my home LAN where I keep my mediaserver. It really is the best way to go if you want to save on your cable bill, and keep total control over your family's viewing content.

- It works. A nice box and implementation: fast and easy to use. Uses Android TV so the interface is pretty simple. I am able to see 4K Ultra High Definition (UHD) and 1080P High Definition movies without any buffering. The Color and the sound coming out of this box are also excellent, that is something that some other boxes are lacking. It works the way is supposed to. Their support has been very good and I recommend the seller for this.

- The device itself hits the ground running. The home screen is very simple. The instructions are very basic. If you are not up on your tech you may need some help getting through all the features. My device worked fine up to now. This box has everything I need to have a great movie night with my family. I highly recommend it, and my brother has also purchased one to upgrade his older slower box.
