- Öncelikle ilk başta çok fazla tereddütler yaşamıştım. Türkiye’deki satış fiyatı 6700-7700 TL bandında olduğu için 2708 TL’ye gearbest üzerinden satın almaya karar verdim. Satın aldıktan sonra 72 saat içerisinde fiyat garantisi olduğu için herhangi bir sebeple ucuzlama durumu söz konusu olursa talep etmeniz durumunda fazla ödemeniz tarafınıza sorgusuz sualsiz iade ediliyor. Ki benimde başıma geldi. Tek sorun iade bedelini hesabıma veya kredi kartıma nakit olarak değil de bir sonraki alışverişlerimde kullanılabilecek şekilde gearbest üyelik hesabımda bulunan cüzdanıma 136 TL tutar karşılığı GearBest puan/para olarak iade ettiler. Bir diğer sorun da ülkemdeki vergi politikası sebebiyle satış bedeli üzerinden alınması gereken %20 ÖTV ve %20 Gümrük Vergisi bedelini; satıcının 2708 TL ürün bedeli + 385 DHL kargo + 74 TL Nakliye garantisini tek kalemde 450 $ olarak beyan etmesi nedeniyle toplamda satış bedeli üzerinden 1225 TL olarak ödemek durumunda kaldım. Yani ithal edilen mallar için ödenmesi gereken ÖTV ve Gümrük vergilerini kargo ve nakliye garantisi gibi hizmetlerin karşılığı olarak da ödemiş bulundum. Herşeye rağmen 3933 TL toplam maliyet bedeliyle neredeyse yarı yarıya ucuz sayılabilecek bir satış bedeliyle alışverişi tamamladım. 30 Nisan’da ürünü satın aldıktan sonra 05 Mayıs günü satıcı ürünü DHL kargoya teslim etti. Neden olduğunu anlayamadığım bir şekilde 21 Mayıs tarihine kadar ürün Hong Kongta anlamsızca bekledi. 21 Mayıs tarihinden sonra herşey hızlandı. 24 Mayıs tarihinde Leipzig Almanyaya geldi. 25 Mayıs tarihinde Leipzig Almanyadan çıktı. 26 Mayıs tarihinde de İstanbul gümrüğüne girdi. Gümrük işlemlerinin ardından 29 Mayıs tarihinde gümrükten çıkarak 04 Haziran tarihinde adresime teslime edildi. Cihaz herşeyiyle mükemmel. Şarj süresi, çalışma süresi, emiş gücü, haritalama, bölgesel temizlik, sanal/suni engel ve gürültüsü gibi özelliklerin makul seviyelerde olduğunu değerlendiriyorum. Dakikada 1 m² alanı süpürüyor. 180 m² evimi 3 saat gibi bir sürede süpürmeyi tamamlıyor. Olumsuz olarak nitelendirebileceğim nitelikleri/yetenekleri ise; ki bunlar bütün robot süpürgeler için ortak olumsuzluklardır: siyah halılar üzerinde düşme sensörünün işlevini yerine getirememesi nedeniyle kendini yüksekten düşecekmiş gibi hissettiğinden görevini yapamaması, yere kadar sarkan perde ve yatak örtülerini engel olarak gördüğünden o bölgeleri temizleyememesi ve yeterli geçiş aralığı bulunmayan saksı, koltuk ve oturma gruplarının arka alanlarını temizleyemiyor olması olarak sıralayabilirim. Bildiğim kadarıyla Bu olumsuzlukların üstesinden gelebilen robot süpürge de daha üretilmedi diye düşünüyorum. - Ürünü satın aldıktan 25 gün sonra teslim aldım, kargo ambalajı ve kutulama iyiydi, deformasyon yoktu. Makine ve tüm parçalar içeriden sağlam bir şekilde çıktı. Kargo takibi yapan DHL kargo yetkilisi ilgisizdi, bilgi vermediği gibi telefon ve maillerime dönüş sağlamadı, Nakliye, Sigorta ödemelerini ekran görüntüleri ile destekleyecek şekilde maille iletmeme rağmen ilgisizlikten dolayı toplam bedel üzerinden vergi ödedim, DHL çağrı merkezi ve dağıtım personelinden memnunum. Ürünün kurulumunu Roborock aplikasyonunu indirerek 5 dakikada tamamladık, eşimin telefonundan ve kendi telefonumdan aynı kullanıcı adıyla cihazı yönetebiliyoruz. Cihazı kullanmadan önce yuvasına konumlandırıp bataryasının %100 olmasını bekledik ve evi öncesinde mevcut süpürgemiz ile süpürdük. Cihazı orta seviyede sadece süpürme ayarında başlattık ve yaklaşık 1 saat 10 dakikada 66m2 süpürülebilir net alanı detaylıca temizledi ve haritalamayı mükemmele yakın seviyede tamamladı, bu işlem için %35 civarında bir batarya yeterli oldu. Ayaklı mobilyaların etrafını dönerek ayrıntılı şekilde temizliyor, yemek odasında 24 sandalye ayağının girilebilecek her santimini ince ince işledi, daireler çizerek tamamladı. Banyoda oval duşakabin, klozet vitrifiye vb. kıvrımlı alanların dibine kadar girerek tabiri caizse toz zerresi bırakmadı. Orta çekiş gücü ayarı ile süpürme işlemini başlatmama karşın halı üzerinde temizlik yaparken halının tüy uzunluğuna göre vakum şiddetini arttırdı ve daha yavaş hareket ederek verimli bir temizlik sağladı. Zorlandığı alanlar da oldu; örneğin yere paralel demir çubukları olan yüksekliği 3cm olan ve sensör algılayıp geri döner diye düşündüğüm berjerin üzerinden ürkütücü şekilde defalarca kez geçti, motorunun zorlandığını farkettim, peluş 1m2 ölçüsünde hafif bir halıyı 20cm kadar sürükledi, notebook kablosuna takılacak gibi oldu ancak bir şekilde kurtuldu. Süpürme işleminin ardından su tankını doldurup mop bezini bağladım ve ıslak zeminleri orta ayarda vakumsuz sadece sulu paspas temizleme ayarı ile çalıştırdım, yaklaşık 20 dakikada mutfak, banyo, hol ve salonun sadece parke kısımlarını paspasladı. Çalışırken oluşan hafif tekerlek izi nem kuruduğunda yok oldu ve çok temiz bir zemin bıraktı, derin bir kuru leke ile hiç denemedim, kimyasal ya da sirke vb. suya eklemedim. Devam eden süreçte ıslak, kuru bir arada da kullanacağım. Özellikleri itibariyle birçok ihtiyaca hizmet ettiğini düşünüyorum. Halı vb. mop yapmasını istemediğimiz alanları haritada işaretleyebiliyoruz, ya da girmesini istemediğimiz alanlara sanal duvar çekip girmemesini sağlayabiliyoruz, yoğun kablo vb. olan alanlarda kullanılabilir. Çalışma zamanlarını belirleyip günlük haftalık planlar yapabiliyoruz, her seferinde tüm evi değil oda bazında ya da sadece seçtiğim

- Çince-ingilizce diye korkmuştum alırken ama çok kolaymış kurulumu ve kullanımı. Telefon uygulamasını indir, cihazı evdeki wireless a bağla, evin haritasını çıkarması için cihazı başlat. Harita telefon uygulamasına aktarıldıktan sonra odaları koridorları salonu tanımla. Daha sonra temizlik tercihlerini belirle çalıştır bu kadar. En sevdiğim özellikler: 1-aynı anda hem tozları emip hem ıslak paspas yababilmesi. Su haznesine deterjan sirke vs koyup yüzeyin daha iyi temizlemesini sağlayabiliyorsunuz. Haznedeki su tüm evi en az iki kez temizlemesine yetiyor.2-gelişmiş yazılımı. Her seferinde telefondan komut vermek gerekmeden düzenli temizlik ayarı yapabiliyor. Haftanın hangi günleri, saat kaçta başlayıp hangi alanları, hangi emiş gücüyle, hangi ıslaklıkta, üstünden kaç kez geçerek temizlemesini istediğinizi seçiyorsunuz ve siz ayarları değiştirmedikçe belirlediğiniz şekilde sürekli yerler temizleniyor. 3-belirli bir bölgeyi veya odayı temizletebilme 4-belirli bir bölgeye veya odaya girmesini yasaklama 5-şarjın uzun süre dayanması 6-temizlik sırasında şarjı biterse şarj istasyonuna dönmesi kendini şarj ettikten sonra kaldığı yere dönüp devam etmesi , 7- kalın halıların ve katmanların üstüne çıkabilmesi, kabloların üstünden geçebilmesi, 8- alçak olduğu için dolap ve mobilyalarının altına girip temizleyebilmesi 9-emiş gücünü ve cihaz sesini azaltabilme 10-cihazın gereksinimleriyle ilgili bildirimler gelmesi. Su azaldı, hazne dolmak üzere, sensör temizlik zamanı, cihaz sıkıştı, şarj azalıyor, temizlik bitti vs telefonla uyarıyor sizi. 11- yerleri gerçekten temizlemesi. Bir robot süpürge ne kadar temizleyebilir ki o paraya değer mi diye düşünmem hataymış. Gidebildiği her yeri temizliyor. 12-akıllı gerçekten. Saçma sapan bir rota çizmiyor, aynı yeri süpürüp durmuyor, engel varsa etrafından dolanıyor vs.Olumsuz özellikler: 2-bu arkadaşın önce süpürge sonra ıslak paspas yapmaması. O şekilde yapan cihaz da yok bildiğim kadarıyla. Mop kısmı cihazın ön tarafına konulmuş, yani yeri ıslatıp üzerinden geçince yerde tekerleğin izi kalıyor -oyuncak bir traktör yerlerde gezinmiş gibi-. Gerçi bu benim parkelerimin rengiyle alakalı olabilir ve pek rahatsız olmuyorum. 2-yerdeki uzun saçlarımın öndeki örümcek fırçanın etrafına dolanması. O fırçanın iyi çalışabilmesi için ayda bir dolanan saçları keserek fırçayı temizliyorum. 3- toz haznesi temizlemek. Benim evcil hayvanlarım olduğundan hazne 6 temizlikte bir doluyor ve boşaltıyorum.E niye 5 verdim. Olumsuzlar piyasadaki diğer cihazlarda da mevcuttu. Ama olumlu yönlerin bir çoğu diğer cihazlarda yoktu ve fiyat performansta o yüksek fiyatlıların bu hepsini solladı.

- après avoir vu les tests de ce modèle, ce robot répond parfaitement à mes attentes avec un rapport qualité-prix digne de ce nom. L'aspiration est efficace et remplace parfaitement le coup de balai quotidien surtout quand on a 6 chats qui salissent régulièrement le sol. Même la serpillière que je pensais vraiment d'appoint, enlève certaines traces de pâte boueuses et autres traces peu incrustées mais mais elle ne remplace pas pour autant un coup de serpillière manuel. Il faudra tout de même avoir un aspirateur d'appoint ou passer un coup de balayette sous les meubles ou dans les recoins non accessibles par le robot.Sur le plan logiciel et intelligence du robot celui-ci s'adapte très vite et avec ces multiples capteurs il arrive à se déplacer sans problème. Toutefois, j'ai pu constater à certains moments que le robot se retrouver perdu ( je pense que ça doit venir du fait que le robot n'était pas parti de sa station de recharge qui est son point de repère). Bien que la partie logiciel du robot et que l'application soient relativement complètes, il faut quand même comprendre sa logique pour que nous nous adaptations à son fonctionnement. Je vous conseille de faire un premier nettoyage Basic sans serpillière de toute votre maison avec tous les obstacles retirer pour que le robot puisse cartographier correctement tous les espaces. Vous pouvez remettre les obstacles en place pour le robot ce n'est pas un problème, il s'adapte. Le mode carte et édition de carte n'est qu'une bêta qu'il faut activer manuellement dans les paramètres (mais plutôt fonctionnelle).Je conseille vivement l'achat de ce modèle. Par contre le suivi de livraison de GearBest laisse à désirer (délai de livraison beaucoup plus long que celui annoncé et ce dernier dépassé le service client nous demande de patienter...)

- Bonjourje me suis laissé tenter par le Roborock S5 max pour les raisons suivantes :- cela faisait quelques temps que trottait dans ma tête l'idée d'acquérir un robot aspirateur... un peu pour l'effet de mode, mais aussi parce que les usages de l'aspirateur à la maison sont nombreux, et que ma nouvelle habitation possède de grands espaces sans cloison et un sol sans joint.- les premiers tests que j'ai pu lire sur le Roborock S5 max m'ont laissé comprendre qu'il s'agissait d'un modèle performant.- une vente privée sur Gearbest m'a permis de l'acheter pour 397€. Prix très agressif, qu'il est encore au moment de ce message difficile à battre.Le delai de livraison a été long (environ 1 mois), même s'il est conforme à ce qui avait été annoncé.Lors des premières utilisations, le robot a pris ses marques. La maison a été cartographiée. J'apprécie la fonction "serpillère", qui vient apporter un beau fini. Mais je reste convaincu que cela ne remplacera pas un vrai lavage en cas de taches autres que des traces de chaussures.Attention aux fils électriques qui traînent au sol (lampe de chevet, câble télévision etc.) !! La petite balayette rotative prend un malin plaisir à s'entortiller dedans, non sans déclencher l'alerte sur le smartphone associé en cas d'incident.A noter que les enfants ont "sauvé" l'appareil deux fois de ces câbles rampants, mais ont transporté l'aspirateur dans une autre pièce... Damned, le pauvre a été complètement déboussolé et j'ai du supprimer la carte en cours de construction.Côté bruit, en réglage de base, c'est tout à fait supportable. Rien à voir avec mon bruyant (bien qu'excellent) Dyson V6.Je vais prochainement tenter les zones interdites et préparer des programmations.

- I bought the Roborock S5 Max to replace my Roomba 595. The Roomba would clean my room in a random way and would bump everything in its way, with the Roborock it have smart navigation and would clean in a smart way, It has 4 level of suction to choose from, so you may control the noise or for the increase suction power for stubborn dirt and dust to suck up. The mop attachment is a bonus but not meant for a real good cleaning, for that you still have to mop your floor to get the perfect clean.I want to mention that I am from the United States and the Roborock S5 Max came with a EU plug, I looked at the plug that is meant to plug into the charging base and found out it was a common figure 8 plug. It is the same plug as my PlayStation 4, Roomba 595, and Lenovo Thinkpad charger. I search online for and bought a "White" figure 8 plug to match the Roborock charging base which cost just as much as an EU to US adapter. I didn't want to have a adapter sticking out of my outlet like a sore thumb, so I bought the white figure 8 plug instead. I took the plug from my Thinkpad and I am using that for now until my new figure 8 plug come in the mail. I didn't use the plug from my Roomba because I gave it away to a family member.The shipping was not as bad as I anticipated, it was still long but not as long I thought it will be. It took 3 weeks from the moment of ordering to my front door which is from China's east coast to New York City. Which is exactly on the other side of the world.

- I would recommend this robot and I am happy that I chose Roborock. I tried it for whole flat and roborock made great job and I was pretty amazed how much dust and dirt is in the container. It really helps to keep your flat nice and clean and you do not need to use classic hoover that frequently. However I would like to also mention some of my findings but in comparison what robot does it is nothing. 1. Move back to docking station - In case you move it by hand and place it really close to station he has little bit problem to go back in position however when it is place in more distance everything works fine.2. Even though the cabinet has less than 10 cm below roborock was trying to get below it and actually he bumped into the bottom part of cabinet with the part where the laser is place. For this case is better to place the no-go area.3. Application is quite good and I am almost able to set everything and it works as expected.4. Sometimes it bumps to the furniture hence it is also better to check if you have any sharp edges because you can damage the robot5. Mopping functionally - I would say it works but it is kind of basic feature. I think that there are better robots with the Y cleaning. It would be great if firmware can be updated with this functionality in order to be in same level as other robots. 6. Carpet boost - works as expected and as we have carpets I was really looking for this feature. 7. When I look to price and what this robot can do I really recommend it.

- Cela fait 1 mois que je l'essaie, et j'avoue que cela a changé ma vie! Même si sur la notice, il stipule qu'il ne faut mettre que de l'eau dans le bac de lavage pour ne pas l'abimer (donc aucun intérêt!) , je mets un produit pour sol avec de l'eau chaude, et le résultat est très bon! Ca lave bien (sauf si tache vraiment imprégnée)! Il y a même possibilité de choisir avec ou sans lavage. Perso, je fais faire un premier passage sans lavage pour bien aspirer, puis avec lavage. Pour avoir inspecter, même avec le bac à eau plein, le sol n'est pas mouillé si on ne lui demande pas! Et il le fait, lors de mon deuxième passage à ma demande et de mon smartphone. Nous pouvons même ajuster le débit d'eau en fonction du sol: je le met au max pour le carrelage et moins pour le stratifié : encore une fois, pour avoir inspecté au départ, cela marche vraiment. Tout est en français, même la voix, donc très facile d'utilisation. J'ai des baguettes de sol entre les pièces, et des tabourets de bar au socles incurvé...malgré ses petits niveaux, l'aspirateur passe sans problème. Léger moins : nous n avons qu'une carte mémorisée : donc pour mettre une zone interdite (pour éviter de laver mes pieds de bar par exemple ! :) ), je dois à chaque fois créer ma zone et la supprimer, alors qu'a priori plusieurs cartes pouvaient être stockées...En résumé, un vrai aspirateur qui passe vraiment partout(attention aux fils) ET qui lave aussi!

- der perfekte Haushaltshelfer zum saugen und wischen.Saugen: erkennt automatisch Teppiche und Hindernisse.Fährt vorsichtig an niedrige Schränke oder Hindernisse mit sehr guter Erkennung und überwindet auch Recht hohe Ständer und ramoen. siehe Bilder und Video.Raum Erkennung und Unterteilung mit Angabe der saugleistung möglich.Wischen:wie oben sehr gute Erkennung mit Zonen in denen nicht gewischt werden soll ( manuel ).Pro Raum unterschiedliche Wassermenge wählbar.natürlich kein Vergleich zum richtigen wischen, aber es verlängert die Zeit bis selbst Mal wieder gewischt werden muss.App:roborock und Mi Home möglich.ich verwende roborock und bin mit dem Handling sehr zufrieden.Gerät:sehr hochwertige Verarbeitung und QualitätPreis Leistung unschlagbar.Geräusche bei mittlerer saugstufe und 1m Entfernung ca. 55 db.klare Kaufempfehlung.

- Honestly wanted the roborock s6 max v but couldn't wait for release. Watched a lot of reviews and comparisons decided to get the s5 max for two reason it has mopping mode (water tank is fairly larger than others) and it does carpets, other features i like are saving maps with multifloor compatibility. gentle mode is great doesn't create a lot of noise. Only downside i didn't like is it fails to avoid obstacles sometimes and when it gets tangled with a wire it doesn't notify you just stays stuck for a while then gives a notifications this could be fixed with firmware updates of course. Overall i'm satisfied and looking forward getting the s6 max v.
